We wanted to show brides that you can go outside of the box with unique colors for your wedding and can incorporate pastels into your decor for a romantic, yet playful feel! The color lilac was our staple, and we kept this a common theme through the bridesmaid dresses, napkins, candles + lilac favors. Who needs neutrals when you’ve got pastels?! The inspiration for the shoot was to create a design that was cheerful and whimsical, but also gave ideas of how to utilize your venue and not be afraid to let florals explode everywhere!
Jill from Layered Vintage wanted to create a shoot that felt like spring was growing everywhere, and slowly transitioning into summer. There were gorgeous florals coming out of the tablescape, the walls, the cake, ice cream, and more.
Twinkle + Toast designed custom floral wax seals that were pressed onto mini bags of lilac with the guests name that served as small favor and place cards. She also created an acrylic menu that had pressed florals printed directly onto the sign.
