South Nevada Boho Elopement

We immediately fell in love with this couple, their story, and their romantic/adventurous/fun Nevada Elopement! Right outside of Las Vegas – where they did indeed get married – the two, along with their boho bridal party and Gaby J Photography in tow celebrated on the Red Rocks. The result of their beautiful love for one another and “we’re getting married!” bliss made for some pretty unreal photos. It doesn’t hurt that they were among one of the prettiest natural backdrops out there! We hope you love this gorgeous elopement as much as we do!

Alex & Angela have known each other since middle school but never dated and never kept in touch through mutual friends. It wasn’t until Alex finally got the courage to get in contact with Angela after seeing her cheer for the Seattle Seahawks on TV. Fast forward a few years later and the free-spirited bride & groom planned a quick elopement to Vegas when they got invited to a Katy Perry concert by one of their friends. Due to the short timing, their elopement was planned in a matter of days.
Because there are strict restrictions for allowing outside photography in any Vegas chapel, we hit the road to Red Rock beforehand to photograph in the rain while dancing, & just being crazy kids in love! All of the bridesmaids plus bride met through working at Free People and each hand picked their own flowy dress to compliment the red and pink mountains. Instead of using bouquets, they all held custom made boho flags from the Free People display closet. The bride wore a long vintage Versace dress & a short dress from Free People.
