You’re in for a treat today, because this isn’t any ordinary maternity session. Instead it peeks into the life and family of blogger Lisa Bass in her beautiful farmhouse! Since everything revolves around life there, it’s only fitting that she have family maternity photos at the Farmhouse on Boone. Plus, there’s something extra special about having maternity photos at home! We’re glad Andrea Vehige was there to capture it all, beautifully we might add!
Andrea says, When Lisa and I started talking about her maternity session, we knew one thing: it had to be in her home! Her blog is focused on showing off everyday life in the farmhouse – food from scratch, natural living and a handmade home. In order to show off these elements, we did a portion of her images while she was cooking with her girls. In addition, she made her linen dress that she wore during the shoot. Her aesthetic is clearly a farmhouse style, so I included a few detail shots from her home to show off her style + offer some inspiration. The goal of the shoot was to show off her beautiful home, her pregnant belly, and the simplicity of life at the farmhouse.
