We’ve got the simplest, most refreshing infused water on our lifestyle blog today! Kelly from Be Well by Kelly knows what we need to keep our bodies healthy and happy and this drink does just that! Infused water helps you drink more and stay hydrated. It’s a great idea for girl’s night in, a baby shower (because it’s pretty too!) or as a way to increase your own consumption. You don’t need to worry about the quantity of your ingredients, a little goes a long way. Simply mix ingredients in a large pitcher and enjoy. 6 – 8 sliced strawberries
1 cup of mint leaves
40 oz of cold purified water
Tip: Continue to fill up the pitcher with fresh water all day, discard herbs and fruit after 12 hours.
