Having a relaxing nighttime routine and getting to bed at an hour where you’re set up for a full night’s rest is crucial. When you start your day with knowing what you want and need to accomplish, the results are game changing. Set the tone for your day by taking time in the morning to write out your intentions and goals. As the day goes along, cross off each item as you complete it.
