The couples story,
“Laura and David met in November 2019 thanks to the dating app, Hinge. Their first date was at a hotel cocktail bar in Paddington on a Friday evening. A slightly unusual choice of venue, but Dave was commuting to work in Rome at the time, so they had to meet somewhere that was on the train line from Heathrow.
Fast forward to the proposal. They were out for a walk by the water in their local area in London, so she really wasn’t expecting it at that moment. Dave was incredibly worried about losing the ring, or Laura noticing the box in his pocket. However, she was blissfully unaware and it was a lovely surprise.”
The photographer shares about the wedding,
“They chose France for their destination wedding because they both love France and speak a bit of the language. It’s also the place they went on their first holiday abroad together. Laura is from the UK and Dave is Canadian, which means their friends and family were going to have to travel to the wedding regardless. So, they decided to pick a place they both liked. Plus, a destination wedding in the sunshine, in a stunning venue like, Provence, had an added extra appeal.
Laura and David gave an extra bonus to their guests as they really wanted everybody to enjoy the good French food, they picked a 4-hour gastronomic experience under the light of the moon. It was perfect.”
