Brooke of The Petal Prop Co. tells us all about this modern twist on the 70’s bridal shower,

Our styled shoot was inspired by the 70’s era but with a modern twist. I wanted to create a modern bridal shower. Therefore, I chose peach, pistachio, and duck egg blue hues. I found the vintage stand at a garage sale (gave her a facelift) and instantly knew I wanted to use it as a cake stand. Hello Little Crumb is known for its on-trend cake designs, and Sammy created the perfect Lambeth cake to complement the three-tiered stands.

Erin from Heart of Juno designs designed the cutest menus and placemats with the same shapes and curves as the backdrop, cake, and props. I wanted the shoot to be feminine, fun, and quirky, and I love how it all came together. This styled shoot’s shapes, colors, and overall aesthetic are precisely how we had hoped.

This 70’s party takes the cake…literally. We are saving each of these to our party planning Pinterest boards. You’ll be royalty of bridal party-throwing with a look like this. Do you want even more fantastic inspiration? Check out this Tarot Party Under The Stars!
