This Elegant Paris Anniversary Session Will Give you the Travel Bug

This elegant Paris anniversary session will give you the travel bug. Simple as that. Not only is traveling to Paris with the one you love something everyone needs to experience at least once, but the whole concept is also elevated when you involve a couple as adorable as Rachael and Cameron. The gorgeous couple featured in this elegant Paris anniversary session is clearly madly in love and happen to be as chic as it gets. Wife, Rachael, happens to be a luxury wedding planner which explains her perfectly styled get-up, and husband, Cameron, looks as in love with her as we would imagine he was on their wedding day! It just doesn’t get sweeter than this!

The photographer, Molly Carr shares,

Rachael Ellen is a luxury wedding planner who travels the world designing elegant destination weddings for sophisticated couples, and this past September she and her husband, Cameron, traveled to Paris to celebrate their wedding anniversary. The couple was married two years earlier in the French countryside and spent the morning with film photographer Molly Carr capturing their love story on the serene island of Île Saint-Louis.

We spent the morning capturing Rachael and Cameron in their natural element – exploring their favorite city, sitting at a café nibbling croissants and sipping chocolat chaud, and shopping for flowers. The beautiful island of Île Saint-Louis served as the backdrop for their anniversary session. We met at sunrise on Pont Louis-Philippe, one of the most photogenic bridges in the city that features beautiful views of the Seine, Parisian architecture, and Notre Dame. From there, we strolled down the tree-lined Quai de Bourbon which is home to some of the most exquisite private residences in the city. Rachael donned a gorgeous black tulle Rebecca Taylor dress which she paired with the most iconic Dior heels.

After, it was off to Cafe St. Regis for breakfast. Rachael and Cameron snuggled up together at one of the charming cafe tables where they shared pastries and reminisced on their favorite memories in France. Rachael chose this opportunity to change into a green silk shirtdress and snakeskin heels. Finally, we ventured down the quiet cobblestone streets of Île Saint-Louis where Rachael stopped at the island’s floral shop, Atelier Patrick Allain, to buy a bouquet of blooms for their apartment.
