Pink and Gold First Birthday Party

We love birthdays and today we’re sharing a very special one! Our network member, Gianna of Chic Celebrations, planned this super adorable pink and gold first birthday for her little Charley! There were fun lawn games for everyone to jump in on, including corn hole, bocce ball, tic tac toe and lawn jenga! You can even see Charley getting her caricature drawn… so cute!!

It’s not a first birthday without a cake decorated by mom and cupcakes by Sweet and Saucy Shop! Even though Charley wore most of her cake instead of eating it, we still think she is one of the cutest baby girls we’ve ever laid our eyes on!

Special thanks to Krista Mason for the sweet photos!

Be Prepared to Be Inspired…

  1. I showed this to my wife and she is excited to try to incorporate ideas for our daughter’s first birthday that is coming up. Hers is a winter birthday (February), so the summer games etc.. won’t work very well. The color scheme, however, will bring some cheer to a dark time of year. Thanks for sharing the ideas!

  2. Such a cute party! I came across this post while researching my own daughter’s first birthday party! Wondering if you could tell me where the candles are from, or were they handmade? Thanks in advance!

  3. You really make it seem so easy with your presentation however I
to find this topic to be actually one thing which I feel I might by no means understand.
It sort of feels too complex and very large
for me. I’m having a look forward in your subsequent submit, I will attempt to get the dangle of it!

  4. I was wondering the same thing!! Been searching the net for DAYS…. If theres ever an answer, someone please contact me!

  5. Julie, just wanted to let you know- I couldnt fine the “one” candle anywhere but i think i may have a DIY solution if you dont mind crafting a bit…… I found a “The Big One” and “Forever Young” candle set on amazon and a tutorial via pinterest for dressing up birthday candles. Pick out the O.N.E. then paint modpodge on each and sprinkle glitter (any color that you like) all over and let dry. Would rather just buy ones already done and pink but  now ill just make them pink of gold glitter…
