Paleo Oatmeal Recipe Made with Seeds

This Paleo Oatmeal – or Fo’meal – on our lifestyle blog has our mouths watering this morning. Our go-to girl for all things nutritious and delicous, Kelly, of Be Well by Kelly, whipped up this easy recipe, also known as warm seed pudding, to start your day of in a healthy way.  With all natural ingredients and steps that take a total time of 5 minutes, this is sure to be your new favorite breakfast. Pair it with this cold pressed vanilla coffee for an unbeatable morning :).

 

Ingredients:

1 tbsp ghee or coconut oil (vegan)
2 cup coconut or almond milk
3 tbsp chia seeds
3 tbsp ground flax seed
4 tbsp chopped pecans
2 tbsp hemp seeds
1 cup mixed fresh berries

Choose Sweetener:
1 serving Vanilla Protein
3 stevia drops
1 tbsp coconut palm sugar

 

 

Instructions:

1. In a medium nonstick fry pan on medium heat, add 1 tbsp. of ghee, 1 cup of coconut milk, chia seed and flax meal.

2. With a silicon spatula or wooden spoon, continuously stir all ingredients until pudding is thick about, 3 minutes.

 

3. Pour warm pudding into a bowl, option to stir in sweetener of choice.

 

4. Top with nuts, hemp seeds coconut milk and berries.

5. Serve Warm
