Tonight is the first night of Hanukkah! Although I am not Jewish, I have always been fascinated by the culture and celebrations (especially the food). Also It is a really nice change of color palate with all of the Green and Red we see in December, below is our nod to The Festival of Lights and a “how to” on making one of the yummiest treats of the season: Latkes.
