Parisian Coco Chanel Themed Bridal Shower

When you’re as chic as this bride-to-be a Coco Chanel themed bridal shower is the only option. But Mademoiselle Coco isn’t the only thing Parisian about the soiree. A floral adorned Eifel tower, fancy fastenaters, and champagne do the theme justice. Guests wore all white while the bride-to-be and blush pink roses brought a pretty pastel hue to the day. Finally, the blush bridal shower boasted a make your own perfume bar and frosted cookies modeled after Chanel No.5 fragrance. It’s a girly bash, any blushing bride will love!

From the Bride…

All things Parisian was the inspiration for my bridal shower. As a little girl I have always been in love with Paris. Tea parties with my grandmother’s China or in my parents living room with my raggedy-ann dolls were the norm as a young fashionista. I had always envisioned a grown-up version of tea time with a Parisian twist. Alongside Jenna Fisher with Cocktails and Details we made this dream a reality with my Chanel-inspired high tea bridal shower.

My fiancé proposed to me along the River Seine in Paris. We managed to lock a love padlock onto the Pont des Arts bridge and throw away our key into the River Seine as well. We also visited a few of my favorite places in the city of love including the Louvre; where Monet’s water lillies rest and the coveted 31 Rue Cambon; Coco Chanel’s flat. I was in absolute awe with Paris as a whole and it set the stage for all things pretty.

Coco Mademoiselle is my signature scent, and the light pink hues of the parfum inspired the colors of the rose floral centerpieces and perfumery for my guests. Traditional black-and-white stationary was the perfect addition to the pink-black-and-white theme. The Fairmont Hotel Macdonald Wedgewood ballroom was a magnificent backdrop and sounds of zou-bisou-bisou filled the air. Perfect for any princess.
