Inspired by This Garden Charm Weddings

I’m planning a wedding…my own actually (if you didn’t know!) and I am always scouring to find wedding inspiration and guidance to dream up the most beautiful occasion. Garden, vineyard, and estate weddings seem to be my favorite. All the natural elements and so much fresh sunlight. I usually can’t get enough.

The moment I saw Georgia and Nate’s Santa Barbara area wedding on Jose Villa’s blog I absolutely was INSPIRED! The couples’ style and details planned by Rebecca Stone of Duet Weddings really resonate with me. The warmth of the colors and the charming details give a sense of grace and comfort.  I am madly in love with all the florals. That Camille from Modern Day Design is so talented. Jose’s images are so fresh and clean and the perfect inspiration for a fabulous weekend ahead. Enjoy…

PR Tips 101: The Right Kind of Press
6 comments on this

I can’t tell you how many emails I get from people asking me about press. The old saying that even bad press is good press, does not apply in the wedding industry, or any for that matter in which people need to believe that you are a solid, growing and valuable entity in the industry. There are two key factors regarding press that will help your business. The more press the better (good press) and diversity is key! If you can land yourself in several different magazines, you will not only “up the anty” of the overall perceived value of your business, but you will also reach that many more potential clients. If you are continually just getting featured in the same magazine over and over we may not be as impressed. In the same vain, if you had one hot season of press a couple years ago, you can’t rest on your laurels and think that will be enough to continue to propel your career. Brides, vendors, and media outlets alike are looking for relevance. They want to know that your style and business savvy can withstand time and changing trends. Put yourself out there! Whether its on a popular blog, tv show, newspaper or magazine article, find ways to get noticed, but be sure you have everything else going for you before then (brand, logo, marketing materials, website and booking business)

Here is just a small sampling of the diversity of our client press over at Be Inspired PR
