Nothing says “meant to be” like two introverts stepping out of their comfort zone to say hello to a stranger at a bar in Tennessee! But that’s how Garrett and Rachel met as college sophomores, and now here they are celebrating their engagement and preparing for their wedding in December 2021.
Travel is a huge part of life for these two, so they wanted to have their session at the Glamis Sand Dunes in San Diego and flew from Chicago for the session. It was an extremely windy day, but that didn’t take away from how beautiful it was. Rachel’s vision was to have a lot of wind and dramatic movement in the pictures, too, and they turned out absolutely magical! These two love to hike, paint, cook and play Wii together. I am so excited for this sweet couple to tie the knot – they’re so fun with each other and are truly like best friends.
