Between the gorgeous design of the event, and the unique details we can confidently state that we have never loved this color scheme more. 4th of July is one of our favorite holidays, from the fireworks to sharing laughter with family! So when designing this patriotic 4th of July fete, we wanted to stick with the customary color scheme of red, white and blue. But add a boho flare to the design! When pulling together the design, I spotted the most perfect mud-cloth throws in Sweet Salvage Rentals and knew that was the perfect way to mix traditional and boho for the setup! Those throws became the perfect runners for the tabletop. Then carried the mud-cloth print into the invitation suite, place cards, drink menu and stir-sticks!
We wanted a wow moment over the tabletop so we enlisted our dear friend Michelle Rogers to do the hanging baskets with colored yarn. The yarn and baskets brought in amazing textures and lite up the space just like fireworks! The sister-duo over at Goldie Blooms created the most unique florals, we loved all the vibrant colors they added to the tabletop and setup. Let’s talk cake, Amriel’s Cakes made the most jaw dropping cake with perfect rope accent. What’s a 4th of July block party without yummy cocktail! Our favorite ladies at Bottles and Blooms created the most patriotic and delicious craft cocktails that were paired up with Pacific Organic Pops.
