Arizona Desert Wedding Inspiration

Where do we even start? We love everything about this Arizona desert wedding inspiration on our wedding blog today! The rich colors echo the Southwest SO well – from terra cotta orange, to turquoise blue and bougainvillea pink. These perfect colors are woven into every element of the inspiration shoot. Not only the floral arrangements, but also the tableware, decor, and stationery incorporate the gorgeous palette. Ashley Henry thought of everything, assuring each element flowed seamlessly into the next. Plus, she photographed it all! Below, read more of her inspiration and see all the beautiful photos, of course!

Recently, I was asked to put together a styled shoot for a photography conference called United. I wanted all the attendees to photograph something that you’d see in Arizona since a lot of us were not from the area. I took textures of Arizona such as leather, turquoise, macrame and terra cotta to put together the color palette. Our gorgeous model wore a BHLDN gown, which had a texture like macrame. The dress was trendy and unique with short sleeves and high neckline.

The macrame runner was really an inspiration to me so I had the designer make mini macrame favors and hung them on the rock wall. It was so beautiful how they hung on copper rods! The flowers were of course, gorgeous! Sarah from Sarah’s Garden did such an amazing job pulling in a boho look that was still elegant enough for the modern bride!

Isn’t this sunset magical?!
