A Recipe For Getting Out Red Wine

Entertaining is our middle name so when it comes to the “oops” that occasionally (but definitely does) happen, we hardly blink an eye. Spilled wine – or spilled anything, really – happens to be our most common party faux pa. So we enacted a go-to method for getting out red wine, all wine, food stains, makeup marks, etc. Whether it be the linen napkins you so perfectly set the table with, the fair-colored rug, or your favorite dress, OxiClean Stain is the solution. Tough stains are no match for it. NO MATCH. After spilling a delicious Pinot Noir on our cream colored linen napkins (oh no!) we put the stain fighter to the test.

We mixed the OxiClean Versatile Stain Remover with water, poured droplets of the mixture onto the now pink napkin, and waited about 3 minutes. We then blotted the stain with a paper towel… and (drumroll please!) watched the pink color fade away. We did this 2 times and then threw the napkin in the wash for good measure. It came out looking just like it did before the big fiasco. Truly. Now we hardly blink an eye when our party guests spill a little. 🙂

If your stained items are white, make sure to use the OxiClean White Revive! This product works equally as fierce on all your whites – from clothes to couches.
