All dressed up in a suit and bow tie, Drew, and his tulle clad bride-to-be, Brendy, picnic-ed and danced around in their Mountain top engagement photos, to the tune of The Sound of Music. Ok, maybe not. But the duo may as well have walked onto a movie set with their photogenic (and blissful) smiles gracing our wedding blog today. Cassie Green captured them and their precious pup, Jack, at the beautiful Santa Cruz locale, and shared the goodies with us!
We hiked up to Russian Ridge open space preserve in the Santa Cruz Mountains for this session. The beauty was breathtaking. it was cold and foggy, deer everywhere and not a soul in site. They are so in love with each other and their dog, Jack! Brendy and Drew recently started their own little company making bow ties for dogs. Their spunky little Jack was wearing one. They shared a little picnic and romantic bike ride. We bought some olive branches from my favorite flower shop in Los Gatos, Ca, called Bunches.
Keeping it simple and focusing on the feeling between them, we captured their love and the beginning of creating a family & life together.
