Brandi first met Tim, a chemist, at work and immediately fell for his cute dimples. Tim could not get enough of Brandi’s contagious laugh and her sparkling blue eyes! When they decided to get married, first thing they did was ask Acqua Photo to shoot their engagement session on the gorgeous island of Catalina in Southern California. They then brought on Amorology Weddings to style the whole shoot and it turned into something magical! We asked the bride-to-be to give us a little insight as to why they chose this special spot:
“Catalina Island was the perfect backdrop for our engagement shoot, since this is the location where Tim proposed, perched high above the ocean, overlooking the quaint town of Avalon and the famous red-roofed Casino. The island oozes with romance on so many levels from hand-in hand walks through the artsy seaside town, old hollywood glamour at the Casino, to grassy fields glowing in the late afternoon sun. We envisioned a shoot that felt like a romantic weekend getaway and captured the vibrant colors and vintage chic. Catalina is such a magical place – we picture ourselves returning for many years to come and remembering this perfect moment in time.”
