I dreamt of a fairytale wedding that would be whimsically enchanting, romantically pastel, elegant, and charming Southern. I also dreamt of the perfect dress that made me feel like a princess. And, I dreamt for our own “Once Upon a Time”. This was the vision for our wedding day.
The first look was one of my favorite moments. I was assuming we would be all ‘lovey,’ but when I went in for a kiss he said, “No, I’m not going kiss you until after we are married.” I had no idea that he was wanting or planning that and I found it really romantic!
Kenny and I decided to do a hands on prayer at our wedding ceremony. It was probably the most meaningful and love filled moment of our entire wedding. Our parents placed their hands on us while our officiant prayed for our marriage. We could feel the endless amount of love and support for our marriage coming from the people who love us most. This made us feel as if we were the strongest, most supported, and most loved married couple in the world.
