Set in a place that has felt like home to both families for years, Bella and Robbie’s vibrant Cabo wedding was a joyful (& tropical) celebration of love and all the little details that made the day uniquely theirs. The Bride
For her wedding day, Bella stepped out in a custom Vera Wang one-shoulder corset dress crafted from elegant chiffon, complete with a statement flower on the single shoulder. A beautiful train and custom lace veil completed the look, perfectly complementing the beautiful scenery and romance of the day.
The Ceremony
Bella and Robbie exchanged vows at Mision San Jose del Cabo, a Catholic church that had been part of Bella’s life since she was five and a place both families had visited throughout the years. With both families owning homes in Palmilla and Cabo feeling like a second home to them, getting married there felt incredibly meaningful.
The Newlyweds
After years of knowing each other and each having a crush on the other since preschool, Bella and Robbie’s wedding day was a beautiful full-circle moment. Their connection only grew as they built a life surrounded by family, with Cabo becoming a place that held special memories for both of them. Robbie even proposed in Cabo the Friday after Thanksgiving, surprising Bella on the beach below her family’s home with a heart made of red rose petals. Now, as newlyweds, getting to celebrate their marriage surrounded by the people who have loved them along the way made the start of this new chapter even more meaningful.
The Cocktail Hour
Following the ceremony, guests made their way to Flora Farms for a colorful, tropical garden party reception filled with lush greenery, bold florals, and plenty of personality. A seating chart featuring traditional Mexican blown-glass hearts, inspired by the couple’s invitation suite, welcomed everyone to the celebration, while the words “how sweet it is to be loved by you” added an extra-sweet touch. As guests found their tables, the song played in the background and a Gypsy King tribute band got everyone in the mood to celebrate.
The Reception
That garden-party feeling carried straight into the reception, where bold pinks, greens, blues, and pops of orange came to life against the natural beauty of Flora Farms. Patterned linens, lush tropical florals, blue Talavera plates, Mexican etched glassware, and colorful bud vases brought the couple’s vision to life, while thoughtful touches like Greek sugared almonds and invitation-inspired table numbers made the celebration feel personal. A family-style farm-to-table dinner, custom dance floor, and colorful bar kept the evening warm, lively, and full of that Cabo spirit!
The Celebration
As dinner wrapped up, the party really came to life on the dance floor. Bella and Robbie’s first dance to Man I Need gave way to an upbeat father-daughter dance to Sweet Child-O’Mine, followed by plenty of dancing and celebrating with their favorite people.
