The photographer shares,

“In early August, the sun smiled down on the picturesque grounds of Oak Hill Country Club. It set the stage perfectly for Mary and Tucker’s unforgettable wedding day. The day was filled with love, laughter, and surprises that kept their family and friends on the dance floor all night.”

The significance of the venue,

“When asked why they chose Oak Hill Country Club, Mary had a special story to share. “Oak Hill holds such a special place in my heart. It’s where I have had some of my favorite family meals, unfortunate rounds of golf, and snowy winter walks with friends. It’s also one of the first, and only, places I was able to show off to Tuck. We filled our days with outdoor activities there, and he felt a similar pull to the traditional club house and sprawling greens. We really didn’t consider anywhere else. My great, great grandfather planted the Oak Trees that laid the outline for our aisle on the Hill of Fame. We considered a few other wedding venues outside of Rochester, but, ultimately decided Oak Hill was home.”

The photographer continues,

Their wedding inspiration came from summer garden parties and late nights spend under the disco ball. Mary & Tucker’s carefree and refined Oak Hill Country Club wedding, designed by Kelli of Simply Beautiful Events, channeled the fun-loving energy of a late summer night.

Florals in vibrant hues paired with the stunning grounds of Oak Hill Country Club made the perfect backdrop for this summer soirée wedding.

As the night continued, guests were invited outside to the terrace, where a surprise awaited them – a breathtaking fireworks display that lit up the night sky. The surprises didn’t end there. After the last firework faded, everyone was invited back under the tent. Then, it happened – a spectacular disco ball drop that showered the dance floor with shimmering light. The energy was electric as Mary, Tucker, and their guests danced the night away.”
