Nautical Baby Shower

We love when a theme is done just right and this nautical  baby shower “docked perfectly” on our themed parties list!  The bright and vibrant floral arrangements full of anemones and thistle add such an amazing highlight to this shower!  The nautical details are coordinated so carefully and really make you feel as if you’re about to board a ship for a fun day of sailing!  The backyard location is perfect for the intimacy of a baby shower. The glistening mom-to-be stands out beautifully by wearing emerald green surrounded by all the navy and red, nautical colors.  Big thanks to Melody Melikian for sending this fun shower our way!

  1. This is so lovely! And I know what you mean about themes being done just right; I always find beach, seaside or nautical inspired themes are always the ones to most easily go amiss, so this one has been styled exceptionally well!

  2. Hi! I know this is kinda off topic nevertheless I’d figured I’d ask.
Would you be interested in exchanging links or maybe guest writing a blog post or vice-versa?

My site discusses a lot of the same topics as yours and I believe we could greatly benefit from each other.
If you happen to be interested feel free to send me an email.
I look forward to hearing from you! Wonderful
    blog by the way!

  3. They are supposed to be a white sand beach with the blue being the waves. It’s kind of hard to tell. They looked a lot more like white beach with sand in person.

  4. Yes, we had these at my daughter-in-law’s baby shower for her first son Lucas, the lighting must not be the best in the picture, in person they have a beige-ish tint to them to make them look like sand. They are delicious as well! My husband Harry told me to stop eating so many sweets but I couldn’t resist, he can keep fly fishing and I will keep eating cookies 😉

  5. They look like cookies to me. Me and my pal Wilson could of really used some of these when I was trapped on this island for a year, I was getting sick of fish and coconuts.
