What began as a simple backyard was transformed into a dreamy garden-inspired baby shower. Jayne Heir effortlessly integrated every detail, from the custom floral arrangements to Caribbean-inspired treats, to thoughtfully curate a day as memorable as it was beautiful.
A Warm Welcome
From the moment guests arrived, they stepped into the charm of this whimsical, garden-inspired baby shower. A custom floral-printed archway paired with sage balloons and fresh flowers welcomed everyone in, instantly transforming the backyard into a lush garden escape.
Thoughtfully designed custom signage added a personal touch and doubled as the perfect photo spot for guests to capture memories from the day.
The Setting
Planner and designer, Jayne Heir, filled the backyard with color, texture, and thoughtful details to bring this floral wonderland to life. Beneath the tent, a statement floral installation cascaded overhead in soft layers of peach, lilac, coral, and butter yellow, instantly capturing guests attention and setting the tone for the beautiful day, while sculptural 3D florals – from oversized paper blooms to lush ground arrangements – added a playful touch throughout the garden-inspired baby shower.
The Floral Bar
What could be more exciting than a custom bouquet-making station?!
A charming flower cart doubled as an interactive floral bar, inviting guests to create their own bouquets from an abundant selection of flowers to take home. The day also featured other thoughtfully planned activities like classic sack races and a bounce house, ensuring guests of all ages felt included and making the garden-inspired baby shower just as joyful as it was beautiful.
The Caribbean-Inspired Bar

Custom-printed designs lined the bar and tables, displaying a curated menu of specialty cocktails and refreshing mocktails for guests to enjoy. Passed hor d’oeuvres and a fresh salad bar set the stage before a playful gelato bar stole the spotlight, complete with mini flowerpot bowls and shovel spoons.
