Eleni’s baptism celebration took place at 167 Green, one of Chicago’s most stunning venues with clean lines, lots of natural light, and space to dream big. Michelle Durpetti and her team brought that dream to life with a design that was playful, feminine, and full of heart.

The serpentine tables added a fun, unexpected twist to the layout (literally). With it’s wavy table design making the whole space feel more relaxed and inviting, perfect for guests to mingle and connect!
Garden-Like Tabletops
Lined with pastel roses, tulips and more, Michelle Durpetti designed a garden-like feel on these tabletops that still felt both chic and modern. The oversized fringe chandeliers overhead tied it all together, casting the dreamiest glow over the whole space and adding just the right dose of drama!
Dior-Inspired Style
The look was inspired by Dior-style couture with soft pinks, layered textures, and whimsical touches throughout. Oversized designer shades hanging from the ceiling, fresh florals, and a velvet bow-inspired photo moment welcomed guests, and every detail, down to the pink-on-pink linens, was perfectly styled! It was elegant without being overdone, and beautiful in the most joyful way.
Welcome Toast
From the moment guests arrived, they were greeted with thoughtful, high-style details. The escort display doubled as a welcome toast, where coupe glasses of champagne were paired with custom drink markers that guided guests to their seats!
The Guest of Honor
And of course, the oversized blush bow installation, framed in cascading florals and custom calligraphy, served as a focal point to the celebration’s leading lady, complete with a personalized watercolor monogram!
