The entire community came out to celebrate VOUS Church‘s Rich & Dawnchere’s winter baby shower for their baby boy! After struggling with infertility for 8 years, they deserved the ultimate showering, and planner, Ashley at The House of Gather, did not disappoint! We love all the festive details and fun elements like live music, a delectable dessert spread, and photo booth (what’s a party without a photo booth?!). This magical winter themed celebration took place at VOUS HQ, the office space for VOUS Church based in Miami. A handful of us girls got together to help design and host the baby shower for our lead Pastors, Rich and Dawncheré Wilkerson, expecting their first baby boy in late January 2018.
Dawncheré loves the holidays so we wanted it to be filled with the joy and comfort that the holidays bring. As you entered the shower, a live saxophonist played classic holiday tunes, we had a Photo Booth to capture all the fun memories and a grazing table filled with delicious sweets and savory snacks. We used a variety of pine as the greenery and crafted wreaths, backdrops, centerpieces and tiny details for the sweets table and gifts. All the guests were members of VOUS and are so excited to welcome this baby boy with loving arms into such a special community.
