The bride shares…
We got married on our 8 year anniversary. We knew we wanted our wedding to be classic, minimal, and romantic. We visited a few wedding venues before falling in love with Cass House; it was everything we were looking for and it’s absolutely beautiful. We had both our ceremony and reception there.
Because we planned on getting married in January, we decided to stick with winter-like colors. I instantly fell in love with the shade burgundy, so our wedding palette consisted of burgundy, blush, and cream with hints of greenery. My bridesmaids wore long, beautiful, mismatched burgundy dresses while the groomsmen were dressed in black suits with a skinny burgundy ties to match. As far as decor went, Cass House is already beautiful on its own, so we wanted to keep our decor minimal. We had garland made out of eucalyptus draped along the long, wooden tables and added a few candles to add a romantic and intimate feel.
