Endless Summer, our 2014 summer lookbook was inspired by the classic American summer and friendship. We wanted to share a story of four close friends, enjoying a long summer day. Lemonade in the morning, a road trip, time on a boat, then ending the day at the beach at sunset.

What we love most about the Lookbook is it really showcases the unique style of each girl, all while maintaining the Avenle aesthetic of modern, feminine, and vintage inspired style. We were super fortunate to have such a wonderful group of up and coming artists and models.

A really funny story, the vintage Mercury Comet is actually one of our friend’s. He had to teach a model, Veronica Rose, who is pictured driving the car, how to drive the car that day! She had never driven a manual transmission before. We actually took a vote amongst of the models and she was the only one willing to volunteer.

The entire Lookbook was shot in our little Northern California hometown of Benicia. It is a really special place. The town has a rich history and is full of hidden beaches and old historical buildings.

At Avenle we are inspired by rustic beauty, vintage silhouettes, and classic femininity. Naturally, the looks that we love the most are those featuring midi skirts and bits of girly charm. These looks are just a few of our favorites.
