Dragonfruit Smoothie Bowl Recipe

This beautiful smoothie bowl will not only brighten up your day, but it will also fill you up with a ton of energy. Psyllium husks, chia seeds and flax seeds are all great sources of fiber that will help keep you feeling full for long and will promote better digestion. Reishi is another powerful superfood that improves liver function and detoxification.

Ingredients (serves 2) 

handful of ice
2 cups coco almond milk
1 banana
1 frozen pack dragon fruit
5 strawberries
1 tbsp psyllium husks
1 tbsp macadamia nuts
2 tsp flaxseeds
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp reishi
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp bee pollen
1 tsp coconut oil

Optional Toppings: blueberries, bee pollen, coconut flakes

Directions: Blend all of the ingredients in a high-powered blender until smooth. Serve in bowls and top with edible flowers.
