For this dinner party I went with local local local: farm stands, vineyards and gourmet foods. We picked up wood palettes from the farmer’s market for everyone to sit around on the grass, gourmet prepared food from our favorite Hamptons market and stunning flowers picked directly from Anastasia of Sag Harbor Florist’s farm.
Y’all know we go crazy for a good party, any form of outdoor entertaining, and bright, beautiful flowers. So, needless to say, we’re obsessed with this colorful backyard dinner party! First of all, we need a floor crate table so we can dine picnic style on pretty pillows. Secondly, this wine looks SO tasty and has major label appeal – can we try it?! And Finally, how can we make our backyard look like this?! It’s a woody wonderland! Little Miss Party knocked it out of the park with this one. We think it’s the perfect way to kick off fall – don’t you agree?
The team at Little Miss Party says, With end of summer and the start of fall, we decided to throw one last fabulous, backyard dinner party. Dinner parties are my favorite way to host. I love sitting down with good friends, drinking good wine, chatting and eating really delicious food.
Maggie, our creative director here at Little Miss Party, crafted beautiful name cards using wine corks which were perfectly fitting to our dinner party as we sipped on a variety of wine from the Long Island Vineyard, Maiden + Liberty.
Of course we ended dinner on a sweet note with a mixed berry pie from our local farmer’s market. It was a pretty perfect night hitting all the right notes with company, food and drinks.
