A Recipe for Holiday Brunch

This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of KORBEL California Champagne for IZEA. All opinions are 100% mine.

We kicked off our office holiday party this year with a yummy brunch spread. We knew we would be enjoying a big meal later on in the day so we wanted to keep brunch simple, but still fun and festive. The answer? One of our favorite pre-made Danish pastries and a couple bottles of KORBEL California Champagne. Just stop by your local grocery store and pick up some of the special holiday pastries they carry and bottles of bubbly and you’re all set for a KORBEL Brunch! We popped open KORBEL Brut and filled our mimosa glasses with the bubbly and a bit of orange juice. The crisp, bright flavor was a perfect pick-me-up for the morning and paired well with our breakfast dish. All we had to do was heat our pastry in the oven (and add a few blackberries to pretty up the plate :)) to enjoy it with our morning cocktail. We love a classic mimosa but there are plenty of delicious KORBEL Cocktails to choose from!

We then could enjoy our mimosas while we chatted, cooked, and prepared for our holiday festivities. This is a great quick way to whip up something for friends and family during the holidays! It’s also a great excuse to break out your fancy holiday dishes and decor and create a fun mimosa bar, like we did, where guests can serve themselves! Our gold rimmed glasses and ceramic Christmas trees were perfect. An array of different fruity juices and berries for garnish add a nice touch to the menu as well. Pop open KORBEL Brut, or one of their other delicious champagnes, such as Brut Rose or Sweet Rose, and enjoy!
