Our team has always loved shopping small companies that give back in a big way, but our love for these companies has recently flourished. .01 – Ripe Life Wines

Not only does Ripe Life Wines create incredible tasting wine but they also are helping create change for the healthcare workers, that are working on the front lines dealing with COVID. Right now, for every case of wine purchased (12 bottles), the company will send two complimentary bottles of wine to the customer’s health care worker of choice to thank them for their service. Also, the company is offering free shipping to everyone. As you know wine is heavy and expensive to ship, but founder Mary McAuley is determined to do what she can to keep people home and out of the stores to help flatten the curve.

Who doesn’t eat beans every now and then or a lot? Most of us are raising our hands high in the air right now. So why not shop for your beans and some other essentials at a company that is helping make the world a better place? .05 – Prosperity Candle

Prosperity Candle is best explained by the company themselves, “A social enterprise that supports refugees and artisans through candle-making and beautifully crafted vessels easily refilled or repurposed for a lifetime of enjoyment. As we like to say, there’s a story behind every candle we pour.” Have we peaked your interest yet? We know that candles are super popular among our readers, and we have to say we are big fans as well. One of our favorite places to shop Prosperity Candles is The Little Market, if you are close enough to go to their store then we cannot recommend experiencing and testing out the candles in person!
