Having a baby is so exciting, and waiting to find out the gender makes the experience even more special! Caroline of Paloma’s Nest  created this adorable gender-neutral nursery that is truly a versatile space. She wanted a room that would grow with her baby, and would be a space they could make more masculine or feminine as their baby got older. And when Grandma and Grandpa come to visit, the nursery serves as a guest room! So many of the cute animal pieces in the nursery Caroline created herself, and I love that Caroline and Jose upholstered the headboard, with Amy Butler fabric, following the Design Sponge tutorial. The room’s modern color palette of gray, mustard yellow and pale blues and greens accents the cottage-like feel Caroline gave the room by adding white wood slats to the ceiling and a white shutter to the window.
