Inspired by Elizabeth Messina Photography

Beautiful, artistic, timeless, magical, ethereal, a moment in time…. these are all words that jump to my mind when I think of Elizabeth Messina’s photography, it’s truly one of a kind! Not to mention she is one of the kindest and most honest people I’ve ever met in the industry. If  you aren’t a daily reader of her blog Kiss the Groom, you need to be! It’s a daily source of inspiration for me and our office. When Kathryn from Snippet and Ink was on her honeymoon I wrote a guest post all about the color green and Elizabeth’s work was a big part of that inspiration! Around this time last year she so generously offered to do a love shoot with my then fiance Tony and I. I must say, I am SO in love with my pictures, I know they’ll be something that my husband and I cherish for years to come! I adore Elizabeth and her work… be on the lookout because there are amazing things sure to come her way!

  1. My husband and I were lucky enough to have elizabeth photograph our wedding 10 years ago and blessed to know her every day since. The only thing more beautiful than her photographs is her heart. xo Lovely post.

  2. This look is fresh. Somehow I can feel the summer (from the fruit, grass, colorful flower, a bit wonderful of countryside screen) is coming. In the end, the main theme still is LOVE ~ the bride and groom are so happy through this picture and in reality, of course, i wish they will live happily ever ~

Thank you for sharing. I’m in love with your blog.

  3. love the blog and the images captured. also love the way you have displayed the images – you can tell a lot of love has gone into the layout. X

  4. What a gorgeous thing to say about her Liane 🙂 There is so much out there now in weddingblogland that it can get to be like drowning in honey trying to find real inspiration. I am blown away by Elizabeth’s work, mostly because what she finds is the most simple beauty in her shots. Just stunning! And that dress in the photo where she is laying in the grass is just breathtaking…
