What’s cuter than a couple celebrating their anniversary cooking up some berry delicious breakfast together? These two lovebirds did just that in this mimosa-sipping, pancake-baking anniversary shoot on our lifestyle blog. They had a bit of fun cooking in the incredible kitchen at the Dubuque Manor. Kenna and Louise styled the Saturday morning shoot with colorful accents against the clean white backdrop. The fresh fruit, cookbooks, and the couple’s clothes popped in the fun photos from Everlasting Love Photography. The darling duo is brightening up our morning too with their yummy homemade pancake recipe!

Yields: 9, 6 inch pancakes
2 cups flour
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons baking powder
2 eggs, beat them separately before adding to mixture
1⁄4 cup butter, melted (1/8 of a pound)
1 3⁄4 cups milk
1. Mix the dry items first.
2. Combine the eggs and melted butter to the milk and slowly stir into the flour mixture.
3. Let sit at least 10 minutes while heating the pan. These will be high, but light and fluffy
