Snowy Winter Cabin Wedding

Today on our wedding blog, we are so excited to introduce a real life snow prince and princess to you via their snowy winter cabin wedding.  Jennifer and Paul decided to elope in beautiful Breckenridge, Co. The snow didn’t let up so the original wedding location was relocated to a quite spot alongside a creek, a unique, special, and breathtaking environment. The gorgeous bride wore a long, white as snow, gown and unique cream and red floral crown in place of a veil. For a more casual look, she threw on a red and blue plaid shirt – such a perfect and personal touch. She held a bouquet with pink and coral floral accents, creating a standout piece in this winter wonderland. As the snow continued to fall in this magical backdrop,  The Big Day Wedding Photography captured the bride and groom  in front of a rustic, dark brown cabin. These two love birds cozied up in their warm jackets and each other, making us want to be curled up next to a fire and sipping on hot cocoa with extra marshmallows. Surrounded by tall, dark green trees dusted with snow and the world at their finger tips, Jennifer and Paul’s elopement completely warms our heart…and as the now famous lyric goes, “The cold never bothered us anyways.” (Yes, we just referenced Frozen :). Seriously, though, these newlyweds couldn’t look happier despite the sub-freezing temperature!
