Thanks so much to the amazing vendors who helped put on the meetup Elizabeth Messina who captured everything (I can’t wait to see the pictures!!), Shade Hotel who hosted the event, Cupcakes Couture of Manhattan Beach who supplied all of the sweets, Jesi Haack who helped with the design of the party and our fab heart backdrop, La Tavola Linen, Cherish Paperie who did our invites and all our amazing stationery and paper goods and Dolce Designs, one of our most favorite floral designers in LA, prettied up our party with their gorgeous blooms. The Wedding Chicks Shop provided all the favors: custom Loverly Totes and Nicolas Feuillatte gave us mini bottles of their famous Rose Champagne for our guests as well.

Inspired by These Bow Ties Worn at Weddings!

We love brides and grooms with unique style, and we think bow ties on grooms are so cute!  We blogged one of our more colorful and fun weddings by Jesi Haack and Aaron Shintaku awhile back and they couple was all about the bowties (check it out here). We got so excited when we saw those we had to do a post just dedicated to BOWTIES! They can be worn in a formal setting or a more casual setting. The only tricky thing about them is tying them… be honest, how many of you can?! We’ve added a helpful guide below to help out. BUT most of you probably get the pre-tied ones? let us know!
