Black and White Geometric Nursery from The C.R.A.F.T. Blog

How cute is this little fam! We got to peak into Jamie’s, the uber creative blogger behind The C.R.A.F.T. Blog (Creating Really Awesome Free Things), nursery for her son Maxwell and its cuteness came at no surprise! The avid crafter and creator of everything from kids games and fashion jewelry to parties and recipes, went DIY ham on her little man’s room. From creating valences herself with gorilla tape and insulation, to employing her mom’s sewing skills for the bench cushions and the little glove animals that decorate the book shelves, this room has a lot of heart behind it. We love the black and white theme and that accent wall, painted and decal-ed by the doting momma herself! However, Jamie did decide to forgo the do-it-yourself route on the furniture pieces, splurging on her cherished glider and the perfect rug. All the books and pillows fill the room with color and great grandma’s afghan fits right in 🙂 This nursery is packed with all the essentials (what nursery would be complete without a rocking horse and solar system mobile?!) and lots and lots of love. Little Maxwell sure has a cute little space to lay his head while mom continues to shower him with heartfelt, homemade creations!

  1. The cutest!! My nursery color scheme was black and white but it wasn’t nearly as well designed as this! Way to go!
