We’re pretty jealous of these party planners as they got their hands on the adorable goods the brand created for Target and put together this fun Lilly Pulitzer Summer party! With hot pink, bright green, and yellow the affair was the perfect season kick-off. Claire Nordloh photographed the pineapple clad, grapefruit flavored day and helped create the festivity with the help of Butter & Bloom.

The girls at Butter & Bloom love any reason to throw a party. So we started brainstorming ideas for a summer ladies only soiree. We wanted a good excuse to use all of our Lilly Pulitzer for Target goodies so that became the inspiration for our party. After the inspiration was set, we brought in our good friend Rosie at Songbird Paperie to do all of the paper goods. The cake and the flowers, with their tropical colors and flavors, were the perfect sidekick to all of our decor. Unfortunately, in Seattle, the weather is not always on our side. So, when the rain came we decided to move our party indoors and put down strips of AstroTurf to give the appearance of grass. We think the end result is a cheeky, playful summer fete!
