Last week on our lifestyle blog we encouraged you to celebrate Valentine’s Day in this year with your nearest and dearest by cooking up a date night recipe that y’all could enjoy making and eating together. We teamed up with Hunt’s®tomatoes and Alexia® Foods to break Valentine’s Day tradition in favor of making a beautiful and easy meal at home and made a yummy bruschetta recipe that we will definitely be whipping up again soon!

We wanted to see how you celebrated this year, so this past Wednesday, we hosted a Twitter talk with the wonderful Deborah Harroun, owner of Taste and Tell. We asked you all to tweet in your answers to questions related to a Valentine’s Date Night in for the chance to win a $100 Visa Gift Card. Some of our questions included,  “After all the cooking, how will you be serving dinner? At a well-set table? On the couch with a movie?,” “What will you be wearing? Dress or Sweats? Flats or Heels?” and “For those of you showing off your culinary chops at home, what main dish are serving?” And boy did you inspire us! Your Parmesan crusted chicken and spaghetti recipes sounded delicious!
