Handmade details like window pane escort card displays and hanging lanterns combine with Protea and palm frond florals in an unexpected, yet beautiful way (just like the bride’s gorgeous ball gown coupled with a pair of Tom’s shoes!). Read on for more of the story behind this big day, and how much went in to ensuring it was everything the bride & groom dreamed of and more!

Photographers, Geoff & Lyndsi, share…

Kayla and Max’s wedding day was tropical meets rustic with romantic touches in every corner. They transformed a family property in central Ojai into a wedding oasis. Truly… after the fires our community faced in December, Ojai and Ventura were in complete devastation. Kayla and Max spent the months before their wedding clearing the land and getting everything ready for their big day. Max even built a bar, put together all the bistro lighting, and made all the signs and wooden details himself. Their two daughters were a big part of the celebration, making the day even more special and sweet.
