A Greenhouse Bridal Shower Brunch

Planning a bridal shower is no easy fete so we love it when we can share fresh and new inspiration in the space. And this greenhouse bridal shower brunch boasts plenty of it! From showcasing a venue full of greenery and in need of little extra decor, to a mouthwatering menu, you are sure to leave with unique and exciting ideas.

Shayla Renee Photography says, Our bridal “brunch-eon” styled shoot was shot in one of Portland’s super hip, urban nurseries, Pistil’s Nursery. Their outdoor solarium screams boho and hipster, drawing customers and fans alike from near and far. We couldn’t think of a better location to host our group of ladies on a bright and cheery morning.

Keeping with the theme of the nursery and the textures in and out of the building, we wanted to bring in lots of complimentary textures and tones while also adding bright pops of color to bounce off of all the greenery and terracotta. Letters & Dust designed beautiful hand dyed leather menus that sat upon our assortment of mix & match dinnerware from Anthropologie. Another Portland hot spot, The Meadow, borrowed us a wide variety of unique Himalayan salt vessels (shot glasses, stones, and bowls) to be used as votive candle holders and for food presentation by our oh-so talented caterer, White Pepper Catering. White Pepper Catering also designed a drool worthy menu with complimentary cocktails.

The beautiful bitters bar was inspired by history. Did you know bitters were originally concocted with botanical ingredients, like those seen in Pistil’s Nursery? Letters & Dust added a lady-like touch to this set-up with her pretty penmanship on the vintage bottles and with custom signage.

Finally, SELVA Floral Design created girly floral bracelets for some of our ladies and also brought some floral life into a nursery lush with greenery.
