Estate Marsala Wedding

The color of the year is making an appearance on our wedding blog in this marsala wedding on a gorgeous private estate in Southern California. The beautiful boho bride and her dashing groom look absolutely giddy as they embark on their new life together and we can’t help but smile just lookin’ at them! The day only got better with a romantic candlelit reception following a ceremony overlooking the valley. Mary Alice Hall got to join in on some of the fun and capture the day. Here’s her take on this berry beautiful wedding:

Garrett & Sarah’s wedding was a fusion of design styles! The estate brought a modern element, while the farmhouse tables made it slightly rustic. The abundance of candles made it romantic and elegant, but it also has a splash of hippie. One of my favorite moments of the wedding day was when the bride showed up to the ceremony in a red VW bus decorated with flowers. As the guests cheered, Garrett would not take his eyes off his glowing bride except to blink away his tears. During the cocktail hour the guest were given a map of the estate and encouraged to go explore. The scavenger hunt for the guest book, lookout, photo booth, and bar was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone! Details like the stunning floral crown worn by the bride, gluten-free cookie bar and wildflower bouquets, fit the couples personalities and made the wedding unique.

The stunning hilltop estate also made this wedding stand out, but the reason this wedding is one of my personal favorites is the love between the bride and groom. There isn’t a sweeter couple out there than Garrett and Sarah and I know you will be able to see their love radiating in their photos!
