We have a few appetizers options, some main course side dishes and of course desserts that are sure to wow your family and friends! A lot of these recipes you can even use year round, or they might even become a staple in your own home. Be sure to tell your friends and family about the amazing blog you pulled these ideas from when you serve them your new and fun dish this weekend!

Appetizers

Be prepared to have the ‘favorite’ and most festive appetizer when you arrive with this one! This appetizer is simple, yet delicious. Feel free to sub a dairy free cream cheese of your choice for those with sensitivities. We love that this recipe has other optional ‘add-ins’ to really kick up the flavor. The best part – you can use this year round! Simply remove the dill fronds and switch up the color of peppers.

02. Caprese Skewers

Sometimes holiday meals can be on the heavier side, which is why we’ve included a few light appetizer options. These are one of the tastiest crowd pleaser appetizers – even better, they are a no bake appetizer! These are so easy to assemble, you can even have your littles help with this one. Truly, what more could you want?!

Another note is that if you are dairy free, you can always sub the mozzarella ball for a marinated artichoke heart. We also recommend finding a high quality balsamic glaze for even more richness. These are so yummy!

03. Healthy Jalapeno Cheddar Cornbread Muffins

There’s just something about the pairing of the sweet and saltiness that comes from corn bread. If you dare to add a little bit of heat and crunch, it takes it to a whole new level. We love this recipe because there is a gluten free flour option in the recipe, as well as, the option to separate your batters to please your spicy loving crowd, while keeping a few regular for those who like them plain. You truly can’t go wrong with this one!

Side Dishes

01. Make Ahead Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes

No matter what the main dish is, potatoes are always a great pairing to it. Win over your friends and family over with these elevated mashed potatoes. The best part about this one is that you can prep these ahead of time! The roasted garlic, fresh herbs and salted butter combination is so delicious. If you’re stuck on what to bring, definitely try these out. We guarantee it won’t be the last time you make them!

02. Melon Prosciutto Salad

Elevate your typical side salad by offering to bring something like this! The saltiness from the prosciutto and the sweetness from the melons are the perfect pairing. It’s refreshing, tangy and the perfect spring/summer salad. This is one that you might be making for future gatherings with warm temperatures and sunshine.

Who doesn’t love a truffle? Even better when they are oreo and cream cheese truffles. If you’ve never made a truffle before, this is definitely the recipe to start with. It’s combining the two ingredients in a food processor, rolling into balls, melting your white chocolate, and dipping them into the fun colors of your choosing! They look fancy, without you or your kitchen paying the price!

03. Easter Poke Cake

It’s only a few simple ingredients for this festive cake! We love adding in the pastels colors during spring, so this is the perfect dessert for your gathering. Our favorite thing about poke cakes is that they are so moist! Plus, this one is such a fun surprise to those who cut into it first and see that it isn’t just beautiful on top.
