5 Small Steps You Can Take to Improve Your Health

Not only is January a month of celebrating fresh starts and new practices, but it’s also a month that celebrates National Green Juice Day. When it comes to national holidays, most encourage us to dive into a donut or cookies, but this is one we can get behind. Don’t get us wrong, there are times to enjoy those treats, but overall, we want to strive for a healthier, natural diet. However, this is easier said than done. So, to help, we’re sharing 5 small steps you can take to improve your health this year with Evolution Fresh®. They’re juices are not only good-for-you, but delicious too. 1. Swap Your Beverages

One of the hardest habits to kick is consuming multiple cups of coffee a day. Yes, we’re tempted to skip over this tip too, because who wants to give up their morning cup of Joe? Instead of cutting it out completely, we’re trying to cut back. (See, we’re on your side!) Simply by starting our morning with a green juice, we are avoiding the constant intake of caffeine. 2. Hydrate (A lot)

3. Catch Some Zzz’s

4. Hit 10,000 steps

2016 was the year to ‘count your steps’ and that’s a trend we hope continues! If you set a step goal each day or week, you are way more likely to actually get up and walk! 5. Set Aside ‘Me’ Time

This not only helps you set goals and intention for each day, but also allows you to engaged instead of just going through the motions.
