An ombre navy color scheme decorated this stunning Temecula Canyon Wedding from the bridesmaid dresses to the stationery. The rich palette combined with white florals and eucalyptus leaves to make for one classy affair! The beautiful bride designed the big day and wore an embroidered gown with navy pumps for her “something blue.” Here are a few words from her on the wedding of her dreams.
From the Bride…
As an interior and event designer I was simply over-joyed to begin the process of designing/planning our wedding! Vince and I love “stormy” colors and natural textures and found coastal style as strong inspiration. Once we established our venue we began to see everything fall into place. We decided a “casual elegance” style would compliment the rustic “cafe” vibe of our outdoor setting. I loved the wrought iron candelabras, and dark wood floral boxes dripping in magnolia leaves and lush greenery created by our florist. A popcorn cart with signature toppings and spices greeted guests at the top of cocktail hour which was a big hit! Guests signed a canvas art piece created by my sister as they transitioned into the bistro light lined reception. The beautifully cloudy skies accented our color palette and Temecula’s signature evening winds made for amazing action shots captured by the gifted Kylie Chevalier photography.
We have wonderful memories of the night including dance offs, a personalized “If Ya Wannabe Her Husband” (Spice Girls anyone?) song performed by the bridesmaids, and a live sax solo performed by my uncle Sal Lozano during the father daughter dance “Tequila”! It was an all out dance party. We are extremely thankful for all our amazing family including our friend and talented coordinator Kelsey Connelly contributed to our big day.
