Pastel Bridal Shower with Tropical Elements

You know we’re always up for anything tropical, so when we saw this pastel bridal shower with tropical elements included throughout the decor, we immediately wished we had an invite! This poolside bridal shower was full of boho-chic elements like woven chargers and dried florals, but every moment was given an ultra-pretty feminine twist with pastel accents (we’re suckers for blush pink anything!). Plus wait until you see the build your own bath salts station. One word: heaven! After seeing this gorgeous day, we definitely have spring fever. Scroll down to take a look – we have a feeling you’re going to be dreaming tropical pastel dreams after this one!

The event designer and planner shares more about the event…

“You can never go wrong with a tropical theme. Yes, it’s been done, it’s been recreated, but isn’t that the best part? When given the opportunity to shower Leilani Grace, I knew I wanted to incorporate some modern tropical vibes, paired with some bohemian elements to tie it all together. Leilani having been born In Hawaii, we wanted to have a little piece of paradise for her here in LA! From thoughts of pastel balloons floating in the pool to a beautiful build your own bath salts station, & fruit inspired cocktails… as a designer and friend of the family, I really wanted it to be an effortless experience.

From the moment you walked in, ME Catering had the most mouth-watering spread of wraps, and sandwiches and salads… followed up by a truly inviting backyard with charcuterie board displays, stunning and creative florals by Salt and Poppies, and some kind of fun in every corner.

Everyone’s favorite was the build your own bath salts station. Dried aromatics and coarse Epsom Salt. DUH… Ladies chose from lavender, roses, citrus, spearmint, and a fun eclectic spread of goodies. Watching them scoop, choose, And create while enjoying the experience was EVERYTHING.”

“Tucked away in the corner looking out on all the tables was a large Emmanuel Peacock chair fit for a queen. Adorned with island greens and standing 6 feet tall, the chair and Leilani were meant to be. The group shared a beautiful prayer and time of well wishes as she opened all her goodies. I wanted a fun way for guests to set down gifts, so we added a smaller peacock chair At the entrance.
As the day progressed it was so beautiful to see all the loved ones cheer-sing with their pink iridescent or blue glassware while sneaking treats from the large white candy cart covered in balloons and live palm leaves! Treats like Lime & lemon bars and cheesecake all on pink thistle, gold, and white trays!
Mimosas, a seriously adorable game by the Matron of honor, forty of your best gals, and a surprise visit from the future hubby!? Can every Bridal Shower be this GOOD please?”

How cute was that?! We’re so obsessed! If you’re looking for even more bridal shower inspiration, add this rom-com themed bridal shower for Ashley Iaconetti to your Pinterest ASAP!
