Intimate San Francisco City Hall Wedding

As much as we love the design and decor that goes into creating a wedding, sometimes it is refreshing to see a couple that really goes back to the basics and creates a small, intimate affair.  This couple, photographed by the talented Emily Scannell, decided to opt for a City Hall ceremony in San Francisco and then made their way over to one of their favorite restaurants, the Wayfare Tavern, where their closest friends and family joined them.  We love how even though the event was small and didn’t include all the bells and whistles of a traditional ceremony, the bride chose to wear a classic long white wedding dress and the groom looked dashing in his suit and tie.  The rich colors of her succulent bouquet with subtle parrot tulips and white ranunculus was perfect for the occasion and completed the overall downtown, urban vibe.  Their style is chic and impeccable and this beauty might just make it onto our top ten favorite wedding dresses!

Thanks again to Emily Scannell for sending this wedding our way and congratulations to Jenn and Eddie!

Be Prepared to Be Inspired…

A non-traditional bouquet with succulents, scabiosa pods, parrot tulips, ranunculus, and yellow billy balls was perfect for this non-traditional bride!

San Francisco City Hall is a gorgeous option for couples who opt for this type of wedding!

There’s that amazing fit and flare silhouette again with the gorgeous movement on the bottom of the dress!
We love her unique black engagement ring as well!

That silhouette!?  The dress was made for you Jenn!

The colors of the Wayfare Tavern could not have been more perfect!

More simple but unique florals in white and green to accent the “reception”

A sparkler is always the perfect way to cap off the night!
