October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month! Unfortunately, like most of you, I personally know women who have been affected by this awful form of cancer. Did you know that breast cancer is the most common cancer in women in the United States, aside from skin cancer? According to the American Cancer Society (ACS), an estimated 192,370 new cases of invasive breast cancer are expected to be diagnosed among women in the United States this year alone. Because of improved research and treatments, today there are about 2.5 million breast cancer survivors living in the United States! You can be a part of making that number grow by donating to the Susan G Komen Foundation right now!
So today we want to take a moment to show our support of those who have had and are currently battling breast cancer with some “breast cancer pink” inspiration and pink weddings!
