The photographers at Tre Creative say, We are photographers and world travelers. The more we’ve traveled, the more we’ve fallen in love with the unique spaces of Airbnb. This has become our preferred method of lodging when we travel. On a recent trip through Portland Oregon, we wanted the “locals” experience. We stumbled upon the perfect spot. It was right in the heart of a quaint neighborhood only minutes from downtown. The space had a beautiful design. We felt welcome and right at home as soon as we walked in. There were personal boho touches all throughout the intimate oasis of a home.
Immediately we knew this space would be perfect for an in-home lifestyle shoot. We checked with the Airbnb host, who welcomed the idea with enthusiasm. Turns out, she is a professional staging designer – you can tell from the decor. She has a gift of creating comfortable spaces that flow and anyone can feel at home in. For the session we brought in Carlie & Caleb. They are a local Portland couple, and we loved how their outfits matched the cozy vibe of this space.
We started the session with Carlie & Caleb cuddling up on the couch in the family room with coffee. Next, the session moved to the bed, where there was beautiful artwork hanging above. To end the day we headed outdoors to the lush greenery draped patio to celebrate and cheers with wine. What an amazing getaway location for anyone interested!
